• Raymond Lau is the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), the Life Office Management Association (LOMA), Associate, Life & Health Claims (ALHC), the International Claims Association (ICA), Moderator, Life Underwriter Training Council (LUTC) in USA.
• Raymond Lau has been working in the areas of sales, agency recruitment, agency training & development, agency management & development, brokerage distribution and general management at senior rank position of a few reputable life insurance companies in HK and PRC
• Raymond Lau was the Head of Sales in Sunlife Financial Hong Kong, General Manager of Aviva-Cofco Guangdong, Head of Brokerage Business of Aviva-Cofco Head Office in Beijing, General Manager - Sales of Heng An Standard Life Head Office in Tianjin, General Managers of Heng An Standard Life in Beijing and Qingdao
